Full line manufacturer, start to finish. Metal is formed with our computerized coil feeding equipment and presses, with capabilities up to 350 tons. A computerized turret press enables manufacturing to produce small quantities of special parts in a cost effective manner. Our metal shop has the necessary equipment, tooling, and experienced staff to provide accurate blanking, piercing, forming and other operations on both standard and custom products. |

Painting after fabrication to produce specification grade quality Lumax is unique in that we paint most of our product line after fabrication to ensure there are no sharp or raw exposed edges. Two independent Ransburg Electrostatic Turbo Disc systems provide one of the finest quality coatings in the lighting industry today. The Lumax painting process includes an automatic 7 stage wash and iron phosphate pre-treatment system which ensures maximum paint adherence. Drying ovens and infra-red baking complete the cycle. The end result is a durable, consistent painted finish with a minimum reflectance factor of 89%. |
