Painting after fabrication to produce specification grade quality
Lumax is unique in that we paint most of our product line after
fabrication to ensure there are no sharp or raw exposed edges. Two
independent Ransburg Electrostatic Turbo Disc systems provide one of
the finest quality coatings in the lighting industry today. The Lumax
painting process includes an automatic 7 stage wash and iron phosphate
pre-treatment system which ensures maximum paint adherence. Drying
ovens and infra-red baking complete the cycle. The end result is a
durable, consistent painted finish with a minimum reflectance factor of
89%.
