Our metal shop has the necessary equipment, tooling, and experienced staff to provide accurate blanking, piercing, forming and other operations on both standard and custom products. |
Metal is formed with our computerized coil feeding equipment and presses, with capabilities up to 350 tons. A computerized turret press enables manufacturing to produce small quantities of special parts in a cost effective manner.
Painting after fabrication to produce specification grade quality.
The Lumax painting process includes a seven stage wash and iron-phosphate pre-treatment system which ensures maximum paint adherence. Infra-red baking ovens complete the drying cycle. The end result is an industry leading durable,consistent painted finish with a minimum reflectance factor of 89%. |
